Overview
On Dashboard, admin level and higher users are able to modify their dealerships CRM Email directly. This is where Modal's leads, orders, and trades are emailed to.
In order to make any store level settings, navigate to the Store Settings -> Store tab in the top right-hand corner:

Notes
Modal is able to resend any leads generated in the past 48 hours to the new CRM email address. Any leads generated > 48 hours will need to be sent from your previous CRM provider. If you do not have access to Dashboard, please email [email protected] and include your dealership's name and new CRM email address.
