Can 'Phone number' be a required field in lead gate?

Summary

If lead gate has been enabled by your dealership, a customer will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, email address, and phone number as shown below. 

Currently, only the name and email inputs are required to proceed through Modal Checkout. Modal is unable to require the phone number input at this time.
