Summary
Modal does not send a customer's SSN in a CRM lead or display it in Modal's Dashboard. Modal sends it in the credit application, which a dealership can view in their DealerTrack or RouteOne dashboard.
The Dealership agent will need admin access to view the SSN in the dealership's DealerTrack dashboard. The last 4 digits of the SSN can be viewed for a grace period of 2 weeks.
