Price Increases Showing As Discount On Order Summary and Driveway Links

Summary

If your dealership has manual pricing rules in place that increases a vehicle's price based off a field in the inventory feed (i.e. Invoice Field + $500), then the Order summary screen and the Driveway link in your CRM lead will show the 'Online adjustment' line item as a discount.

Modal recommends that all pricing adjustments are done as subtractions to a field instead of additions. Please work with your Modal Customer Success Manager to set up these pricing adjustments or work with your inventory provider to see if they can set up a custom field for Modal's daily inventory export.
