Summary
If your dealership has manual pricing rules in place that increase a vehicle's price based on a field in the inventory feed (i.e. Invoice Field + $500), then the Driveway link in your CRM lead will show the 'Online adjustment' line item as a discount. The 'Total' amounts and monthly payments are calculated correctly. Only the 'Subtotal' line item displays incorrectly in the driveway link.
All customer-facing pricing summaries display the correct amount.
Modal recommends that all pricing adjustments are done as subtractions to a field instead of additions. Please work with your Modal Customer Success Manager to set up these pricing adjustments or work with your inventory provider to see if they can set up a custom field for Modal's daily inventory export.
