Modal now sends even more details to your CRM and finance partners, streamlining the process for your team & customers.

NEW ADF XML leads contain trade-in vehicle year, make, model, trim, miles, & value
NEW ADF XML leads contain finance type, down payment, monthly payment, & total
NEW Dealers with DealerTrack FinanceDriver & RouteOne can receive applications in both systems
IMPROVEMENT Leads and credit applications include enhanced formatting for back-end products
IMPROVEMENT Enhanced lease calculations include capitalized fees in the base monthly payment before tax
IMPROVEMENT GAP and Warranty products are now calculated as “Back-End” in DealerTrack and RouteOne

NEW Ability for Modal support to manually re-send RouteOne 1-Way (non-Instant Financing) applications after an Order was placed using Instant Financing
IMPROVEMENT Order Review: summary line at the top now displays the term instead of the down payment, and includes “/month”. Before: “$539 with $3,250 down”, After “$539/month for 60 months”
IMPROVEMENT Orders and Leads now capture the page url if the referrer url is not available, so almost all Orders and Leads will have an accurate source URL
IMPROVEMENT Order data now includes the same user steps tracking as Lead, allowing for more accurate and robust Order data in Dashboard features and enhanced ADF formatting features
