Does PaymentDriver handle state specific tax credit on trade ins?

Summary:

Currently, PaymentDriver does not handle state-specific tax credit on trade-ins. An example is in the state of Illinois (IL), there is a $10,000 limit on tax credit for trade-ins. This is not accounted for by our integration with PaymentDriver's current API.

Workaround:

Dealers can have a custom disclaimer to help with letting thier users know.
