How does a customer access Conditional Rebates?

Overview 

Modal has the ability to offer special rebates for qualified customers. For example, military members and college graduates can receive discounts applied to their Checkout. These conditional rebates can be turned on and off at your dealership's discretion. 

Accessing Conditional Rebates

To access conditional rebates, a customer will first need to begin a Modal Checkout session and navigate to the payment calculator screen seen below. 

Then, by clicking on the 'Special offers' dropdown in the bottom right hand corner, the user will be shown a conditional rebates window. The customer can then select qualified offers and have the discounts applied to their Checkout. 

FAQ: Where do these Conditional Rebates come from?

Conditional Rebates are retrieved from our API integration with Market Scan.
