Overview

Shop is another flagship product currently offered by Modal. Shop not only allows customers to buy vehicles through Modal Checkout, but also gives dealerships the ability to customize and send deals to potential buyers. 

Sending Deals to Customers

To begin customizing deals for customers, first navigate to your dealership's Shop page and click on the specific vehicle for the deal. Then, on the vehicle page click on the word Deal in the upper right hand corner and enter your dealership's password. This password should have been provided to you when your dealer site went live with Modal.

Then by clicking on the 'Calculation' tab, you have the ability to customize a deal that will be sent to the customer. 

Within this window you are also able to enter information about the customer and the salesperson sending the deal. Once the configurations are complete, navigate to the 'Share' tab at the bottom of the window. You then have the option to either copy the link to this specific deal, or to send the deal directly to the customer through their email address or phone number.
