Does Modal provide Desk Usage Metrics?

Overview

Modal Desk is a platform that allows dealerships to view a myriad of information including customers' Leads, Orders, and Trades. These three sections are broken down to display customer information along with specific details regarding their Checkout experience.

At this stage, Modal does not provide metrics/analytics on individual or dealer usage. For example, Modal is not able to tell you how often an employee at your dealership is actively using Desk. However, we are able to disclose which members of your dealership currently have access to your Desk page. Similarly, we can remove or add any user to your dealer's Desk account.
