Overview

Modal’s Dashboard is currently in Alpha. Customers can receive an invitation to join Dashboard from their Customer Success Manager or an Administrator at the dealership. 

Dashboard users can view Orders, Trades, and Leads for their dealerships. 

Different levels of user access

• Employee
  • Employees are users that can view Orders, Trades, and Leads for their dealerships. 
  • Employees can have access to multiple dealerships.
• Administrator
  • Administrators are users that can view Orders, Trades, and Leads for their dealerships. 
  • Administrators can have access to multiple dealerships.
  • Administrators can create a new Employee user and give them access to the dealerships the Administrator has access to. 
  • Administrators can create a new Administrator user and give them access to the dealerships the creating Administrator has access to. 
  • Administrators can view all users who have access to a dealership.
  • Administrators can edit store level settings in the Store tab.
