Overview
Modal uses the CRM email address to send ADF XML leads when a customer has placed an order or generated a lead. Modal needs the correct CRM email address to send this information and this email address can change if the dealer's CRM provider has changed or they have decided to use a new email address.
Process
1. Contact your Modal Customer Success Manager (CSM) or email [email protected] with your new CRM email.
2. Allow 24 business hours for your request to be processed. Modal support will update CRM email address accordingly and new leads and orders will be sent to this new address immediately.
Notes
Modal is able to resend any leads generated in the past 48 hours to the new CRM email address. Any leads generated > 48 hours will need to be sent from previous CRM provider.
