Why can I not access my Dashboard account?

Overview

Dashboard is a service that allows dealerships to easily view Orders, Leads, and Trades that have been made through Checkout, Trade or Shop. In order to have an account created, please contact your Customer Success Manager or send an email to [email protected].

How to Register your Dashboard Account

When a user’s account is first created, an email will be sent to the individual from [email protected] that contains a temporary password. When initially logging into Dashboard please ensure that you are:

1. Using Google Chrome.
2. Copying and pasting the provided temporary password.
3. Accessing within 24 hours of the registration email being sent.

If you are still unable to log-in or the 24 hours has expired, please contact your Customer Success Manager or send an email to [email protected]. We can easily reset your account so that you can quickly gain Dashboard access.
