Acura Care and Honda Care PEN Integrations

Overview

Modal is able to show VIN specific Acura Care and Honda Care products in Checkout via an integration with the Provider Exchange Network (PEN).

1. Please contact your Modal Customer Success Manager (CSM) and include your AHM Dealer Code (typically a 6 digit number) to start the integration.

2. Your CSM will provide you with a spreadsheet of available products and coverage terms to display in checkout.

3. Select up to 5 products for each category available and confirm with your Modal CSM that the spreadsheet has been filled out.
