- Modal provides a report of all Modal Leads, Modal Orders, and Modal Trade-Ins for your company's business intelligence.
- Contact your Customer Service Manager to have transaction reporting enabled. Accessing the Modal Transaction Report requires a trained Amazon Web Services professional.
Technical Details
- Delivery system: Amazon Web Services S3 bucket
- Reporting format: csv
- File Updates: choose quarterly, monthly, daily, hourly, and/or last X days
- Report Types: with customer PII or without customer PII
- Root bucket: s3://transaction-reports-bucket-prod/reportingVersion=2/ (your specific bucket directory will be given to you during onboarding)
- Contact your Customer Support Manager to obtain your AWS Access key ID and Secret access.
