The fees displayed by Modal don’t match my expectations. How do we fix it?

Summary

Modal by default receives its Checkout fees dynamically from Market Scan. If the fees are not matching your desired values, Modal support can either:

• Contact Market Scan on your behalf to have the fees corrected or explained.
• Disable Market Scan fees. Your Dealership will then need to provide the desired fees for Modal to hard-code directly in Checkout.
